Fake MBBS and MD Doctor running his Clinic Sucessfully in Dist-Midnapore (West)

There is a fake and fraud M.B.B.S. and M.D. Doctor running his Multi Clinic all over the Midnapore west district without any kind of fear and moving the patients towards death by writing them wrong medicine and all drugs in his clinic are of EXPIRED DATE. Cheating the poor Patients who are surviving with the dangerous disease like Cancer, Renal Failure, Heart Attack.

He says that he is a M.D. in Neurologist but he is not and he don't worries because his father is a Jr. Police Staff and he challenges to catch him. Please take a Strict and Serious action As Soon As Possible by verifying the things I complained about. His details are as follows:
