Fall of roof plaster due to seapage

Sir i am a resident of pocket E63A DILSHAD GARDEN DELHI110095 because of seapage from E63B DILSHAD GARDEN DELHI 110095 Roof of my bed room is falling in pieces many a times my self and my children sustsined minor injuries but inspite of my repeated request to the owner and TANENT of above to repare the falt the owner has clearly refused to rectifie the problem and also said if you are facing some problem you please kindly get it repaire at your own cost

sir please take necessary action before any MAJOR mishappning occurs
