Fanta is impure and have a worst customer care

I had a mini fanta in new town bus stand, kolkata on 17 july, 10. after drinking half of it i found it is muddy and also impure with black coloured particles present in it. i ve registered a complaint with fanta they told that they will take necessary action and get back to me but they have not. i also checked in that shop the next day and i still found some more bottles are similar to that.
