Not sending the annual reports

The company previously called Reliance Enterprises Ltd after merging with Farm Enterprises Ltd has not sent its annual report for the last three years or so. It had issued Preference Shares and Warrants on rights basis to its shareholders. Subsequently, it varied the terms of conversion of these Preference Shares and gave several options to exercise.

The Option Form is very much complicated and cannot be understood easily. One of the options is closing on 28th February. If one wants to exercise that option he has to move heaven and earth to understand the procedure.

Hence, the dead line has to be immediately post-poned and detailed and clear guide lines be sent to all the shareholders immediately.
