Phone is dead since more than 2 months

I am using the land-line of BSNL for the last 8 years but i am very much dis-satissfied with your service.this phone is usually dead 70% of every two months.

Now my phone is dead since more than two months, I have registered my complain at 6th march and also requested for this many times to BSNL exchange office after complaint. But there is no action taken till now.

Please sir take necessary action... otherwise i willn't have any way except to leave BSNL services.
