Misbehavir on demanding sale officer cell No

I live in Sandhwan near Kot Kapura, distt. Faridkot, Pb & I have visited Bhatinda 4 times in last12 days regarding my daughter's admission in B. Arch. in GJS college of Engg. I have Maruti Swift car bearing NO. Pb-62-0639. I always use Extra Mile diesel. Today with my family, I visited Grower Filling Satation (between Bhokhra & Goneana) for fourth time in 12 days to get fuel because this is the only good looking & apealing pump of any co. between Bhatinda & Kot Kapura. But I was astonished not to find Extra Mile in all my visits. Then today I asked sales officer's cell No from the all (about 7) Co. uniformed employs. They not only refused to give me but also misbehaved with me. Ultimatly I found it on the board which is put on the exterem side of the outlet so that it couldn't be accesed easily.

Then from there I made call to Arvind Singh concerened sales officer & told him about the whole incident. He advised me to write the exect thing in the complaint book. When I asked for the complaint book they replied that it is with the manager & he is not here. This whole argument was listend by the Arvind Singh who was on the line with me on my Cell no. 91-92161-21644 & even he talked to one of the employ at the same time & directed him to give complaint book but they even refused him.

Please do needful as per the Company rules & regulation or stop doing propaganda that IOCL is No one company of India. Belive me this perticular pump looks like a one of the India's Good Company's very good looking & apealing outlet. But it is managed by one of India's worst deale
