I am not getting my Due s from company

I am working in this company since 18th Dec. On 19th April I resign the Company with notice period and worked till 23rd of april. Now they are not giving me the April Till Date salary March D.A April till date D.A. I have called the HR deptt. also but they ask me to call before coming, but when i use to give calls they only says, come tommorow and that day onwards tommorrow never comes. On 7th june i visited at company s office but the answer i got, "please send mail to mr jatin for consideration". Kindly Help me to get My Due s.
