FAULTY ATM MACHINE OF INDIAN BANK AT JANAK CINEMA, NEW DELHI
Rs.- excess debited by ATM Machine of Indian Bank, Janak Puri Branch (Janak Cinema)

I withdrew Rs.20000/- from your Indian Bank ATM Machine, Near Janak Cinema, Janak Puri, New Delhi on 11th January, but as per statement of ATM Receipt and my Pass Book Entry the above machine wrongly debited Rs.2- with Bank Charges of Rs.20/-.

In this regard I had sent all the documentary proof to their head office at chennai on their fax number 044-28220293 with the request to kindly credit my excess amount of Rs.- in my Saving Bank Account No. 10874634052, S.B.I., Ansari Nagar Branch, New Delhi 110029, at the earliest.

But I am sorry to say that I have neither received the money nor any reply from Indian Bank as yet. I shall be grateful to you if you please help me in this regard.
