I was travelling from Garuda Mall to Teacher's Colony (Koramangala) which is exactly 8.5 KMS. The meter charge was Rs. 91 which is equivalent to 13 KMs. Got very unlikely responce from the driver when I asked about that. The number was written in Kannada. So was unable to track it. When I tried to take the photo of the number plate, the driver flew away. What I tracked the no was ending with '02-282'. He was a kind of Rowdy...
