Auto Rickshaw Driver's faulty mete

Dear Sir/Madam,

Please note that auto rickshaw number MH-03-R-7432 is using a faulty meter. 1st he was trying to take me to a longer route thinking that am new to Mumbai and he can easily take me for a ride and when I intervened, he kept on arguing with me and when I checked his meter, I found that its running very very fast. I questioned him and he was speechless and so I got down from his auto and took down his number.

Please do the need full asap coz this auto drivers are just cheating their customers left, right and center.
