Lost Passport

Hi,

I have given my passport to our official travel agency FCm Travel Solutions (I) Pvt. Ltd at Ahmedabad for visa stamping purpose on 23-Aug. My passport was already containing multiple entry visas of other countries. After visa stamping they said they have miss placed my passport. They have also filed FIR but they are saying there are not able to get copy of FIR for next 2 months. i dont know such process takes some much long time of 4 months. My work is getting affected a lot because of this. How can i make them responsible to pay my lost.
