FD of Duncan Industries Ltd., Kolkata
No receipt of maturity procees of the FD

Sir/Madam,

I had deposited Rs.35, 000/- as FD with M/s Duncan Industries Ltd., Kolkata and the said FD has attained it maturity on 25.12.2002. But I have not got any interest nor had I got back the principal amount so far. The Company had assured refund, but every time they did not keep their word. I am a senior citizen and my husband is retired person having no regular income. We are in dire distress. The Company is a flagship Company of the renowned "Goenka House" of Kolkata, who have a reputation to defend, but still they are not listening to poor people like us.

Can something be done? The details of the FD are as follow :
