PROVIDENT FUND WITHDRAWAL

Dear Sir,

I have applied for my PF withdrawal through my previous employer M/s Feedback Ventures Pvt. Ltd. and my previous employer has submitted all the required papers, proof and documents as on 17/02 to the EPF Office, Delhi South, Nehru Place office. I received a letter from the PPF office dated 15/06 giving reason that my Name does not tally with the records available with the PPF office. I resubmitted all the proofs i.e. Ration card, PAN Card and Driving License to prove my identity in the abovesaid PPF office-Delhi south. I have still not received my PF which should ideally take 45 days to get credited into my account.

I have tried calling the EPF Office, Delhi South on the phone number provided, but un-able to reach anyone on those numbers provided.

My PF number is DL/15577/1014

Kindly do the needful.
