Not receivieng subscribed copies

My Femina ID- 21232548, expiry dated 4/4.I have beena femina reader since more than 13 yrs always buying my copy from my regular bookstore. I really curse the day I thought of subscribing and that to for 4 yrs. I must confess that the service is so poor & pathetic that I have decided not to subscribe the Femina magazine anymore & also i think i will never buy it from the bookstore also as the expreience with there service has been so bad. I have been getting only 1 copy in a month, that too irregularly. After every second month it just stops coming. Again you register a complain it will come for 2 months and than back to the same old tactics.

I have complained so many times but no resolution till date. Horrible management. I wonder such a big group and this is how you fool your readers.
