Not recieving the subscription

The subscription is on the name of: Lamya Merchant

I had subscribed for Femina & Grazia for one year.

I recieved your letter with all these details.

In the same letter they quoted the subscription starting & ending date which is as follows :

Femina : 17 / 07 / 08 to 02 / 02 / 09

Grazia : 01/ 08 / 08 to 01/ 07/ 09

But I have recieved only two editions of Femina till date. Also, I havent recieved a single subscription of Grazia. I had mailed earlier also but that didnt bother timesgroup. I dont know

how can they serve customers with such a negligence. I cannot imagine the attitude of such kind towards the customers from timesgroup which is so renowned.

I am very disappointed with the service & I dont think I can refer it to anybody with this kind of service.

See if anybody can help me in this matter. They are so careless that they haven't responded to a single mail. I dont know where to lodge a complaint against such a fraud. Please help me.
