Non delivery of issues

One issue of femina on time makes me feel like ive climbed the Everest.i have been a loyal subscriber of femina for several years now.for a while now i have been getting my issues really late or not at all.my subs id is 21229963. i also spoke with you some time back.i have made several calls also to your office and sppoken with ankita and yutika several times.in spite of your assurance i have not received the april 18th copy which was on the stands almost a month back.in fact it is time for the next issue..i request you to please look into this and see that i receive all my copies and on time too.i am fed up of having to call and make complaints for each one of my copies. otherwise i would just be happy to get a refund of my subscription amount.thank you. neeru baid
