Non receipt of the subscription gift from hidedesign. Renewed subscription in 2009

Dear, i have been following for this subscription gift from last 6 months and it is highly irresposnible for the employees of such a reputable group to behave in this manner. They have been leat bothered to revert on the mails which i have been sending them. No body picks up the phone.

It is shameful for the company to act in such a cold, irresponsible and insensitive.

I am not receiving the magazines also which i am suppose to fortnightly i.e twice a month i only get 1 fortningh magazine. I feel cheated by paying an annual fees for this magazine. Plz take this seriously coz after this i am only going to get this complaint printed on your esteemed newspaper.
