Femina subscription
Not Received Issue & Gift

Hi,

My subscription no. is 00200669. Have subcribed in Aug for a 4 yrs period with which there was a gift of Hidesign Chic Formal Bag. Have not received the gift as yet. Also have not received my 17th Dec issue yet but have received the Jan ist issue 2 days back. HAve been following for te same with the Mumbai office but of no use.

This is not the first incident that i have not reced my issue, the same had happened in Oct with one issue. Have spoken to Jumana Patel, Manager with the Gifts dept, she had promised me a complimentary bag as a good gesture in addition to my original gift that also is not yet come since 2 weeks.

how many time do i keep following for all this, now that the subscription is for 4 yrs, u expect me to keep a tab on all the issues and keep calling up everytime i do not get the same. Am a frequent subscriber to Femina and this is the first time I have faced so much of problems. I guess now Femina has got lots of customers and hence not bothered if out of that one customer is hassled.

This is not expected from femina and Times Group. Its made a sour mark on me... But i am definitely tired of calling and following up for the same. Don't know if this mail also would be effective or no or is it going to go on deaf ears...

just hoping my issues get resolved soon..and i do no have to keep following for my issues for next 4 yrs...
