NON ADJUSTMENTS OF DEBIT/CREDIT

Sir,

I have paid dues against my credit card in jun 09.

In July, STC has shown Rs.453.38 debit in one card (unpaid balance) and the same time they have shown Rs.453.38 credit atainst another card (Single statement). (Generally, STC will send a single statement for all the credit cards and we will make a single consolidated payment) I, really do not know, why they have shown debit in one account and credit in another account.

Now, after July 09 onwards, they are charging late fee and interest agasint debit balance of Rs.453/- and they have made this amount to Rs.1099/- in october 09. But Credit balance of Rs.453/- they are carrying over same amount till Oct 09.

Along with each payment, I am requesting them to look into this and remove the oustanding but no one from STC bothered to to reply in this regard.

Thru this, I would like to request STC to look into this and remove debit of Rs.1099 and credit of Rs.453 immdtly.
