LPG Gas Connection

Hi,

I have applied for a LPG Gas Connection on 4th April 09 but i have still not received the same. I was been told that i will be getting a letter for the same in 2 months of time but still nothing has happened. I visited the office twice but i was been told that once you receive the letter you need to come along with the same. My New Connection Registration Number is 111248390000994. Can someone help me on the same.
