Pathetic service provided by Ferns n Petals

On Jan 21 I had place an order with Ferns and Petals through Phone (011-26802680). I ordered for a 1/2 kg cake and 1 ltr bottle of Sula wine to be delivered in Chennai. I ws assured that 1 litre Sula wine was availabel and will be delivered. I was charged a total of Rs.1950 (Rs.1200 for wine, Rs.450 for cake and Rs.300 for same day delivery).

However, they delivered a 375 ml bottle of some local wine (brand name - the warehouse).

I called them up the same day to give thema chance to rectify their mistake but they informed me that the product ordered by me was not available. I was told to email their customer care for refund. I wrote several emails and made several phone call but all in vain.
