Previous billing problems

Dear sir,

i used a hutch no. 9984406670 in 2004 for during november my mobile was stolen i made a complaint to the operator but the operator didnt take any actions aftr his also they made rental charges over the no for two months then it is disconnected.the problem is now the operator has theretened me to filed a legal suit against me and asks for the payement of the ammount with fine and other charges. now what i have to do for this.
