Deisactivate FHM service

Am a user of Airtel Since last 5 years. My cell no. 9892517753, Name :- Vandana.

6th july i received one Service SMS, i immediately delet that, same time Rs. 20/- debited to my a/c. From that day, every day i received SMS from 54321 "you have been renewed FHMVOD you have been charges Rs.5". But i have never renewed that & every Rs.5/- debited my a/c it is happening from 6th July. Every day i called 121 & registerd my complaint to stop this subscription but they never stop it, they just puting request & giving assurance will disconnect with in 24 hrs, but it never happen.

We really got fed up due this deduction. Please stop this permanently & credit my amount back wihich is unnessesary debited.
