Ihad visited Mehtab Motor and Trading co. lUDHIANA, TO BUY A T.V.Ihad selected one L.G.T.V., for which the loan application was forwarded to Bajaj Finance Ltd.

The person who came to my residence, just declared it invalid because my illeterate mother couldnot respond to his HI FI attitude and manners.

I simply want to ask that whether your finance is available to educated urban consumers, only.

May i ask my mother to attend some school, so that she may respond to your executives in english!

By the way she responded every thing in punjabi, as per her capability.

Let me tell you sir that i am a marketing professional myself and running a marketing consultancy in Ludhiana, under the name;

PAN MARKETING.

Hope you would advise your team at Ludhiana to be more consumer friendly and not to show that they are the kings and can do whatever they like.

Let me tell you further that i already have availed and repaid my loans twice, both times in time, from your company.
