Fiat Palio - 1.1 SLE
Pathetic service and problems not resolved

I've bought the Fiat Palio Stile 1.1 SLE in October '07 from lexus Motors, Kolkata. In past 2 months 3 big problems I've faced and they are not resolved.
1. Water drips from the AC inside the cabin from the chamber just above the clutch paddle. I've taken it to the workshop, but the same problem persists.
2. The interior cabin lamp is not working properly instead of replacement.
3. Screeching sound from the fan belt/timer belt when the car is started after a long duration.
The later 2 issue has been highlighted 2 times before but no resolution. And the A/C problem has cropped up over the last month.
I feel the Workshop is incapable to troubleshoot. Also I'm trying to contact the Customer service cell of their head office.
