Met accedent car tale gate got damaged

My car met with an accident in hyderabad in which the my tale gate was completly damaged of my car were. From the past 22 days the car has been in the service centre and the tale gate have not been changed yet. you people tell me what i do. if you could be in my place. is it the way to support customer.
