Poor After Sales Services

There is practically no worthwhile service centre for FIAT PALIO cars in INDORE. The services are supposed to be looked after by TATA Motors, however the quality of work and availability of spares is PATHETIC.

The car is an EXCELLENT piece of technology, however, you cannot even replace a lost petrol cap or bulb or windscreen wiper!!! It is highly unfair to sell such a car in any country, unless the product is displayed with a WARNING sign to say "Buy at OWN Risk - NO AFTER SALES SERVICES ARE GIVEN BY THE COMPANY ANYWHERE!!! "
