Misbihavior of service cente

Sir,

i am having Fiat palio car. for the sevice of the car i approched goldrush tata situated at faizabad road, lucknow. I got the appointment after several requets. They were not giving the correct estimate. car was not properly serviced. And when the car was serviced, i went to take the dilivery of the car they said to come again as your advisor is in meeting. So i went again, this time they said that since you have not brought the reciept which was given during the time of service so we cant give the car. I Hva eto come back again. i really dont know what kind of service are provided by Palio
