SIP Debits

My Name is Falgun Kanani. I have done a SIP facility with Fidelity Investments in Fidelity Equity - Growth Option Folio No. 1614708/56. The SIP amounts were to debited from my Standard Chartered Bank Account but they have also been doing it from ICICI Bank Account without my authorisation. This happened during the period the period July for which the amount was refunded. But they have started debiting the amount from my ICICI account again from Aug. I have complained to them since the past 2 months but there has been only one response, that they are looking into the matter. I need your help.
