I have purchased a FIGS brand Phant from D'One showroom worth of Rs 850/- on 23-06, as i wore it on 26th and had a hand wash to the phant and its color got shaded n now he refused to exchange and says its problem with my wash, what action i must take now on him, showroom fellow?
