Denial from refund of fee after withdrewing their services

My son, Aakash kapoor had started taking IIT entrance coaching from FIITJEE ltd. under their two-year classroom program for the session 20011. We had paid a lump sum fee od Rs.1, 25, 000 to the firm as per their demand for the complete time-period. My son, however, wasn't comfortable with the fiitjee environment and hence, we decided to discontinue the classes. The Fiitjee people, however, have denied any refund of fees for whatever matter. So, this complaint is being made against them in account of the formentioned subject.
