Regarding Passport (one year over to applied for passport)

Hello Sir,

This is SHOBHIT KUMAR GUPTA. Sir I applied passport in MARCH. Till NOV I wait for my Passport, but I didn’t get. Then I finally decided to transfer my Passport application to my state U.P. for that I have given application. Two months ago I have received transfer letter. But till now my application file didn’t transfer to the Barreilly Passport office. So where is my file. Many time I made call to both passport office (Chennai passport office and bareilly passport office), but nobody received. I don’t know anybody working is there or not. So please do needful help.

Below I mention my current Passport status, that status I am seeing from last 4 months. I don’t know my file coming through which vehicle therefore didn’t reach to Barreilly Passport office from Chennai Regional Passport office 4 month over.
