Non receipt of filfare March 19 and subsequent issue

I have not received the filfare issue dated march 19. My ID no is 00140814. I have complined to the call centre Last week twice and today, I was always informed that the issue will reach within two days. Today I was informed that the staus shown in my account is that the magzine has been delivered. But I have not received the magzine till now.
