Subscription gift

Dear all,

My Name is Sumit Rathod and I had subscribed for the Filmfare Magazine last month. According to the offer for 3 years of subscription I was entitled to received a DVD player as a gift.

I have started receiving the magazine, but gift is nowhere to be found.

Despite contacting their office I was either kept on long holds or no reply.

Its a petty thing, But i would like to know how you can best help me.
