Free gift dvd player not recieved... still

Sir,

on 2. june i have paid 1600 rupees for filmfare subscription but

still i have not received the dvd player... its almost above one month and i

have no news fromther office... also i have still receive 2 issue of

filmfare which are torn condition and unpacked condition and also u fix

also when i send them email... they also not reach to them

also send 3 letters but no responce

they are media fraud...
