Filmfare Subscription
Non receipt of issues for 3rd year and Free Gifts

Ref my CUSTOMER ID :-00043798... My subscription for the Filmfare magazine was for 3 years (to be active till 27-10)... However, at the start of 3rd year, issues stopped coming. Numerous calls to Bangalore office resulted in only empty assurances. Even the Free Gift of DVD's for 3rd year was not delivered. In summary, what is evident is utter disregard to customer complaint and follow-ups.
