the following are the partiulars of my sister

Name: B.Dayavanti (she is unmarried)

Worked in : : All India Radio Hyderabad

Retired on : 31-03-1985 (superannuation)

Expired on 20-10 at the age of 83 years

I am also a retired person aged 68 years

I have approached TheBranch Manager of the above said bank with a claim

letter alongwith My sister's death certificate and the nomination letter

and the pass book.

But the manager after seeing everything gave back my letter and told me to

approach the Pension Paying Office who will decide the extent of pension

payable in October and deductions, if any,

I have been trying to locate the office in Hyderabad and other places but

to no avail

Please pass necessary instructions to the concernd bank to make final

settlement
