TO KNOW THE GENUNITY OF CLAIM

Sir,

I have receied a message from Financial Services Authority (FSA) vide their Email UKfinancialservices @live.com, in which, they have asked me to pay Rs.37, 586/- towards Certification Charges, Endorsement Fees, Attestation Fee to claim the prize fund awarded by M/s. Shell Petroleum Development Company of London, which was deposited with Community Trust Bank of London.

Please intimate me whether it is genuine or not.
