No free gift received

I had purchased a acer notebook.(model no:-aspire4730z) from their lucknow dealer M/S Sigma IT super Store Pvt ltd. At the time of purchase Acer launched a festival offer during 13- Dec- 08 to 15-Jan-08. Therefore I intended to get "Apple ipod shuffle 2 GB" for this I sent a Bank draft DD no. 653739 dt 2.01.2009 of Rs. 1249/- and also fulfilled all other formalities required. I also requested them if i do not fulfill all requisite requirtements then DD should be returned to me in the self addressed envelop enclosed with the letter.

Unfortunately neither i received the ipod nor the draftafter lapses of 6 months. It is also surprising that the company has giot the draft encashed through bankb on 13/5/09 as per certificate issued from SBI .

This shows unethical and unfaithful behaviour of company of such high repute.
