Non receipt of payments

I am having my id of fine india and though was receiving the monthly profit share in time but since august haven't received it also my downline who had sbi account not received payment for sept. till date can anybody tell me what to do.though my account details have been updated to sbi but still noy received.and what type of case is going on and what is the problrm and how to get pvc at this stage can i tell it to somebody to join.
