Non collection, non delivery, absence of POD, iregular billing

WE have a contract with BLAZEFLASH courier since last 8 years and things were going very good mutually but ever since our account has been shifted from the kaushambhi brance to their new vaishali branch just recently we have been always harrassed by their collector Mr hardev and officer Mr Sachin .both these fellows are reluctant to pick our couriers from our office @ ghaziabad vasundhara, and what ever they collect are never delivered to our client mostly and when we demand for POD they keep saying that they are very busy and one day thay shall retrieve them and hand it over some day to us, so far we have been paying but for the last bill only when three tenders along with the EMDs have not been delivered we had demanded them the POD they have refused to give giving some lame excuse, further on investigation we have found that both these officer have unofficially made an agent recently @ vasundhara OM sai Total solutions cyber cafe and that they want all old customers to deliver the couruies to this agent which saves the botheration to pick up from number of address and that the increase in rates from us will be benefiting these indivduals hence they are pressuring us to go their, as we are a very old customer and we are very prompt in paying we want this service to continue and these people taken to task regards Y Thaku
