Non submission of application by employe

Dear Sir,

My Name is T.R.Madhukar, I had resigned from (Finolex) Plastro Plasson Industries (India) Limited on 22.10.08 due to personal reasons. I had sent my application for withdrawal of my PF to the Regd. Office of the company at Pune, on 11.11.08, to submit the same duly certified at PF Offce Pune

But the management is not being forwarded by the management of the company is reluctant to submit the application duly certified. If questioned they say that there is some mistake in the PF record which needs to be corrected and till then the application can not be submitted.

The management also accepted that they had given wrong numbers to employees at the time of submitting record to PF Office.

Please look in this matter and arrange to release my PF amount.
