Used Car sold was affected by Floods

Reg: Faulty / Flood Affected car sold to us

This is to bring to your notice that Automart India having its showroom at Goregaon East, with Mr. Abhishek as the branch manager has sold us a vehicle in the month of September stating that the car is absolutely genuine and checked by trained mechanics and engineers and clearly mentioned that it is a non affected in the floods in Mumbai in the year inspite of our doubt. We were even assured that Automart has only quality and certified used cars and not damaged vehicle is sold by Automart.

We bought the said Car on his promise and in the name of Auto Mart However, due to various problems faced we got the vehicle thoroughly checked and come to affected and rusty from the various places specially when you open the steering cap.

We also had faced lot of problems in the vehicle which was bought to the notice of Mr. Abhishek from time to time but were told that since it is a used car you will face small issues and our request for some major repairs were turned down.

However now we are sure that the car is flood affected and was sold to us which malified intentions.

We request you to kindly give us an appropriate reply and do justice by repurchasing the said car from us retiring our proceeds.
