Unacceptable behavior

They never tried to deliver the package and they said that there was no one to receive the package... they even don't have correct address... usually those lazy guys of Noida office don't pick up the phone and if they do, they talk in very rude fashion specially that guy named "Somnath" in NOIDA office.
