Non delivery of Consignment with in time

Sir

with respect i would like to state that i have applied for "Engineering Service Examination" which is conducted by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) and send the application form through couriers (i.e. First Flight Couriers Limited). Detail of Consignment as follow-

Booking Date - 04/02

Address.

"Secretary, Union Public Service Commission, Dholpur House, Shahjahan Road, New Delhi - 110069"

When I have not received my admit card then I enquired and found that courier has failed to deliver the Application form with in time and also he has failed to return back the same. And now courier has given the excuse that UPSC has refuse to accepted the application form.

I was preparing very serious about this examination but unfortunately I missed this opportunity which is unrecoverable.

So sir please guide me what I will do in such situation to recover my loss. Thanking you,
