First Flight
Item not delivered for more than 12 days

The item has shipped on 13-10.I need to receive an item on 14 /15 october but the status of the item is not yet uploaded till to date (24-10) in their site and no response if we call and ask the number specified in the site. Very Very bad service. I am scared what problem occured to my item. I need to contact general manager Of first flight
