IWENT TO CITY COURIER CENTER FOR THE FIRST TIME WHEN MY FRIEND TOLD ME ABOUT THE FIRST FLIGHT COURIER SERVICE. MY FRIEND ALSO TOLD M THAT THE PERSON USE TO SIT AT OFFICE IS QUIT ARROGANT BUT DUE TO RELIABILITY OF FIRST FLIGHT I WENT THERE.
WHEN I REACHED THERE I JUST ASKED THE PERSON FOR THE SAKE OF CONFIRMATION "bhaiya ye first flight courier service hi hai na? " BECAUSE THERE WAS NOTHING LIKE SIGNBOARD OR HOLDING AND THE PERSON REPLIED RUDELY " nahin hai, bhejna hai to bhejo nahin to kahin aur se karwa lo" I WAS LEFT SHOCKED, HE DIDN'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS. THEN HI ASKED ME TO GIVE HIM RS 42 IN CHANGE, I HAD RS 45, I GAVE IT TO HIM, I ASKED FOR RS 3 THEN HE REPLIED “3 rupia change nahi hai mere pass, kahan se du, jao yahan se"
