Non-Delivery of Consingment on 12th day

My father, Sanjay Bhavsar, had sent a envelope containing very important Income Tax documents by First Flight courier on 29th December i.e. Wednesday from Nasik. Consignment Number – M77108321.

On the day of booking the First Flight people told that it will be reaching Hyderabad address by Friday/Saturday. On 3rd January my father (the consignor) called up First Flight Nasik office 2-3times to enquire about the delay in delivery of consignment. They promised that it will be delivered by 4th January noon.

After this, till date i.e. 9th January Sunday, the parcel has not be delivered to me in Hyderabad. The e-tracking page on internet doesn’t show any details. My father is calling up the First Flight office everyday – Nasik and Hyderabad Office. But it is still not delivered. This is despite our repeated warnings that we will take the matter to Consumer Protection Forum.
