First flight courier
Courier not been delivered

Hi,

This is with regard to the consignment no c10866183 which is been dispatched on 31/08 to me. The same is reached at first flight courier office on 01/09 itself. The delivery person is not bothered to deliver the courier to me inspite of contacting the customer service, the operation manager, the branches at coimbatore. On 04/09 the person who needs to deliver is asking to come and collect the courier as there is no delivery boy. This should not be the service which has to be rendered by courier person. If it is getting delayed of 4 days then it could have been sent through normal post. I am not able to spend anything even for my childs education just because of that one courier which has my pin no. I would suggest to take an action against this concern so that in future no one suffers such a pressure just because of the courier not being delivered
