Dear Sir/Mam,

We have a month before through the first flight courier sent via courier a few Diwali gift but have not received them yet but they shown on internet the courier has been received. We are many time told them please sent for their POD but they are avoiding me and told us yet i don't have any POD when we received then sent you. Please take action against them.
